The Ionian breeze fills in mid-afternoon and drops by dinner, and the islands sit close enough that you're at anchor before the light goes. Barracuda is a 52ft monohull with five cabins, which means 11 people can sail together without living in each other's pockets. Her home berth is Gouvia Marina, Corfu. Right for two or three families sailing together, or a group who'd rather stern-to at a taverna quay than book a hotel. Less right for anyone chasing long passages.

Crew and charter terms
Crew details on request — call captain, mate, and chef are part of every charter we plan personally.
50% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due 30 days before boarding. Cancellations more than 60 days out are refunded in full, less the deposit after that. A security deposit is held at check-in and released once the boat is back alongside.

Coffee aboard, brief on deck, then out past the breakwater while the water is still flat.
- 10:30Morning passage
Light air under motor-sail on the short crossing. Nothing hurried.
- 12:30Anchor and swim
Pick a bay out of the swell, drop the hook, jump off the bathing platform.
- 14:00Lunch on board
Eaten in the cockpit shade while the breeze starts to fill in.
- 15:30The afternoon breeze
Sails up for the best two hours of the day, beam reach home.
- 18:30Stern-to at the quay
Lines ashore, showers, then dinner at the taverna 20 metres from the boat.
