Pine hits you before the water does — the hills behind Fethiye smell of it at 7am, and the bay is still glass. Barcelona is a 47ft monohull, four cabins and eight berths, laid out so nobody ends up sleeping in the saloon. The breeze fills in through the afternoon and the next anchorage is rarely more than two hours off, so days stay unhurried. Right for families and mixed-ability crews who want short hops and long swims; less right for anyone planning distance passages.

Light morning air. Sails up once the breeze steadies, engine off soon after.

Pine-backed bay, swim off the stern, lunch in the shade of the bimini.
- 15:00Afternoon breeze
The wind fills in. Best sailing of the day, close reach along the coast.
- 18:00Second anchorage
Short hop to a quieter bay. Line ashore, swim, evening light on the hills.
- 20:00Back alongside
Return to Fethiye or stay at anchor overnight — your call on the day.
