<i>Sail Your Myth reserves the right to assign its own skipper to a bareboat charter if it determines that the nominated skipper’s qualifications, experience, or competence do not meet the safety requirements necessary for the passengers, crew, or vessel.</i>

<b>Charter rates in EURO refer to a weekly (7 nights / 6 days) charter period, including:</b> Current VAT for charters is as stated by Greek law. Agent’s commission as agreed in writing with Sail Your Myth (calculated on net prices, having deducted the VAT), first & last night at the marina/port, use of yacht with her equipment (VHF, Music Player, GPS, Autopilot, Dinghy, Warm water supply, Sprayhood, Bimini/tent, Blankets) – equipment confirmed upon inquiry by Sail Your Myth Offer Statement; for detailed specification for each yacht, refer to charter@sailyourmyth.com.

<b>Charter rates do not include:</b> Fuel & fresh water consumption, travel insurance, trip cancellation or curtailment insurance, crew (i.e., skipper/hostess) and their daily nutrition, port fees, provisioning, transfers, charterer’s expenses & extras. Provisioning: Food & beverages can be arranged for the Charterer in advance using the e-provisioning service, but selected supplies are delivered to the yacht only after handover (check-in complete). Travel services, such as airport welcome and transfers, can be arranged upon request.
