Say hello to Lubina, our 2021 Lagoon 40 in the three-cabin owner's version. One whole hull is a private suite, and she comes with extras that make life on board easy: a 2000 W inverter, an extra 100-litre fridge, electric toilets, a microwave with grill and a fan in every cabin.

A Private Owner's Suite

The owner's hull is one generous suite: a large double bed aft, a settee and a desk in the middle, plenty of storage, and a big bathroom forward with a long vanity and a separate glass shower. Perfect for a couple who want their own space, or for the parents on a family holiday.

Room for Everyone

Lubina has three double cabins and two bathrooms, both with electric toilets and separate shower stalls, and sleeps up to 10 guests: six in the three double cabins, two in the single berths in the bow compartments (one in each hull, reached from the deck) and two on the convertible saloon double berth. The cabins have 220 V sockets and fans, and the bright, light interior gives her a fresh, modern feel.

Saloon and Galley

Panoramic windows fill the saloon with light, and a U-shaped settee with two poufs wraps around the table. The galley has everything you need for meals on board: a three-burner gas hob, a gas oven, a built-in microwave with grill, a fridge plus an extra 100-litre fridge, and a capsule coffee machine. The 2000 W inverter provides 220 V power, and a Fusion stereo with Bluetooth plays through speakers in the saloon and in the cockpit.

Navigation You Can Trust

B&G electronics: Zeus 3 chartplotters at the chart table and at the helm, wind, speed and depth displays at the helm, an autopilot with remote control and a fixed B&G VHF. The electric anchor windlass has a control with chain counter at the helm.

Sail or Simply Relax

A fully battened square-top mainsail in a lazy bag and a furling genoa keep sail handling simple. Twin 45 hp Yanmar engines with saildrives and folding propellers make manoeuvring easy.

Life on Deck

Teak on the cockpit floor, the aft deck and the transom steps, cushions and a table in the aft cockpit under the hard top, a clear enclosure that closes in the aft cockpit when the wind picks up, and a bimini with windows over the helm keep you comfortable in sun and wind. At the stern there is a deck shower for rinsing off after a swim and a passerelle for stepping ashore, and forward you'll find the trampolines. A liferaft is stowed on the aft beam.

Tender

Lubina carries a Highfield UL 290 aluminium-hull RIB with a Honda 10 hp outboard on stainless steel davits, for easy trips ashore.

Steady and Easy to Handle

With a 6.76 m (22 ft) beam and a shallow 1.35 m (4.4 ft) draft, she's wonderfully stable and can tuck into the Ionian's quiet coves.
